This pastry cream powder base replicates the traditional, hot processed recipe. This blend has a long shelf life and is reconstituted through the addition of boiled whole milk, eggs, and sugar. Since this is a hot processed pastry cream, the cooked mix results in a cream that should be refrigerated to set before use. Once cooled, try adding one of our all-natural flavorings to take the cream to the next level. We recommend coffee, vanilla, or orange natural flavors.
