Our Raspberry jam with seeds is as natural as it gets. A European-style fruit jam, this product has a high fruit content (20-30% real fruit) and is made with IQF red raspberries that we cook gently with sugar and natural pectin. It has a deep, rich red hue and a tart yet sweet natural raspberry flavor. This jam maintains stability through baking as well as freeze-thaw operations and has a smooth, spreadable consistency. Give any of your pastries and baked goods that irresistible made-from-scratch taste by using this all-natural, clean label jam.
