Our European Bake Stable Lemon Jam is high fruit content (20-30% real fruit) with a clean label ingredient list. Made with real lemons, this jam is naturally colored and flavored with zero chemical additives or preservatives. Giving it a bright, lightly tart yet sweet flavor profile. A heat stable product, our lemon jam maintains stability through baking, as well as during freeze/thaw operations, making it ideal for a variety of applications from pastry filling to layering onto cakes.
This product is clean label, non-GMO and Kosher Diary.
