This water-based product is perfect as-is for glazing any cake but if you want to change the consistency, just add water to make it less viscous or mix it with one of our pastry creams to create a thicker final product like a ganache or a filling. Gelatin-free and all-natural, our dark chocolate glaze has a decadent natural chocolate flavor and beautiful rich color.
