The North America Pastry Championship returns to New York City for its highly anticipated second edition on June 28–29, 2026, at the Javits Center, during the Summer Fancy Food Show; one of the largest specialty food events in North America. This prestigious competition will once again bring together some of the region’s most promising pastry chefs, celebrating creativity, craftsmanship, and innovation in the art of pastry.
Organized by the Académie Culinaire de France (ACF), the championship highlights emerging pastry talent while promoting excellence and sustainability in the culinary world.
