Chocolate Mirror Glaze

Soft, thermo- reversible, chocolate glaze is designed to coat small pastries and cakes. The glaze is ready-to-use but is also freeze-thaw stable. It transmits a beautiful sheen and protects flavors and colors from oxidation. Can be spread directly from the pail with a spatula. Alternatively, heat to 95°F and pour glaze as a coating over the pastry or cake. Refrigerate after opening. Product will maintain utmost quality for 6 months from date of manufacture. Use within two weeks of opening.

It transmits a beautiful sheen and protects flavors and colors from oxidation. Spread the mirror (at room temperature) directly from the pail to the cakes. Alternatively, melt the mirror over a water bath or in the microwave. Glaze the pastries for a super shiny look.
