White, fondant icing with a sweet vanilla flavor. This icing is exceptionally smooth and glossy. Fondant icing maintains stability through freeze/thaw cycles. Apply fondant icing directly from the pail or heat to 90°F/33°C and use as a dipping icing for cooled donuts, cakes, éclairs and other pastries. Fondant should be applied to either refrigerated or room temperature pastries.
