Well, this is where the Picou family and entrepreneurial heritage can be traced back to.

📅 1865: the Picou family created its first pastry ingredient manufacturing plant. It prospered for five generations before being sold to a new entrepreneur in the early 1980s.

📅 1986: the American adventure of PastryStar began when Theodore Pary, a Master Pastry Chef, and Mireille Picou, Business Executive of the Picou family, recognize a need in the American market for easy-to-use pastry mixes.

📅 35 years later: PastryStar has evolved to adapt and even anticipate the needs of the US and International market.

↪ Today, it is the new generation that is at the helm. Antonin Picou is working to modernize the company and develop PastryStar's business, which now has nearly 50 employees. Our ambition is to become the largest producer of the cleanest and highest quality bakery and pastry products, accessible to all.
